Reservation Policies
1. Cancellation Policy: We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your rental, you will receive half of your refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours, there is no refund for the cost of the rental.
2. Bad Weather Policy: If there is bad weather at the time of your rental, we will either reschedule for a better time or cancel the reservation completely and give you a full refund.
3. Captain Policy: Need 24 hours notice to schedule a captain.
4. Delivery Policy: Delivery address is important. Some areas on the lake are prohibited. Must call the office to confirm the location.

Must be born before January 1 1998, to drive jet ski unless you have taken a boating safety course located online at www.boat-ed.com/georgia
NEW THIS YEAR---- 1. $500 CREDIT CARD SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF RENTAL. Rental is forfeited and money will not be refunded if deposit cannot be verified with the credit card. 2. It is our policy if the reservation is made in your name, you must be present at time of pickup to show credit card used to pay rental and picture id before rental of watercraft. 3. GAS IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost. You will start with a full tank, and the boat will be refilled at the end of the rental.
